yMD supports education and clinical decision-making. MetOS organises and explains the reports you upload; a qualified physician makes any clinical decision. yMD does not replace emergency medical care. If you are seriously unwell, seek medical help immediately.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your WhatsApp number and email secure. You must be old enough to give valid consent under Indian law to use the service on your own behalf.

Information shown on the platform is for your understanding. It is not a diagnosis. Prescriptions, if any, are issued by a registered practitioner after a consultation. We do not dispense medication. Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription.

Paid services and their prices are shown before you pay. Lab panels are priced separately and displayed before purchase. Programmes are billed as stated on the pricing page, with no lock-in unless explicitly agreed.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or upload content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
