How to raise a grievance
Write to the Grievance Officer using the details above. Include your account name, the WhatsApp number or email on your account, and a clear description of the issue, along with any relevant dates or screenshots.
What happens next
We acknowledge every grievance promptly and aim to resolve it within the timelines the law requires. If your concern relates to your personal data, you also retain your rights under the DPDP Act, including the right to escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
Clinical concerns
If your grievance is about clinical care, it is reviewed by the supervising physician. Urgent medical issues are not a grievance matter. If you are seriously unwell, seek medical help immediately or call your local emergency services.
