We want you to pay only for value you actually receive. This is how refunds work across our services.
MetOS
MetOS is free. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.
yMD Care (monthly)
yMD Care is billed monthly with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged for the next month. If a scheduled doctor, dietitian or lifestyle session cannot be delivered on our side, that session is rescheduled or credited.
Root Cause Panel
The ₹1,999 Root Cause Panel is credited in full against your first month of yMD Care if you join. If the home sample collection cannot be completed for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund. Once samples are collected and processed, the lab cost is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80848 03878 or email care@yourmetabolismdoctor.com with your account details and the payment concerned. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
Lab tests booked through partners
Tests fulfilled by a partner lab are subject to that lab's collection and cancellation rules, which we will make clear before you book.
