GLP-1 Companion · Pathway 01

The injection is the easy part.

We are the part that makes it work, and the part that keeps it working when you stop.

Four things nobody tells you when they sell you the pen.

💪
You're losing muscle too
Fast weight loss takes lean mass with it. We measure your grip strength every month, a simple, validated way to know whether you are losing fat or muscle.
🩺
Nobody's monitoring you
The drug changes how your liver, kidneys and gallbladder work. That is not a scare, it is why the label says monitor. Panels before, at 12 weeks, at 24.
🤢
The side effects are manageable
Nausea, constipation, reflux. Most of it comes down to meal timing, portion size and texture. Most people just suffer because nobody explained.
📈
It comes back when you stop
Documented in the BMJ in 2026. The injection is a window, not a cure. We build the habits that hold once it closes.
The protocol

Three phases. Written by a physician.

1

Before & starting · weeks 0–4

Baseline bloods and body composition. Your protein floor set properly. Resistance training from week one, not week eight. A nausea plan. And screening for the things that mean this drug is not right for you.

2

While you're losing · weeks 4–24

Monthly weight, waist and grip strength. Bloods at week 12. We flag it if you are losing faster than is safe, if muscle is dropping, or if your gallbladder is unhappy, before you feel any of it.

3

Coming off · week 24+

The phase nobody plans, and the reason the weight returns. A structured taper with your prescriber, protein and strength held steady, and six months of follow-up after your last dose.

We don't sell the injection.

Bring your own prescription, or let our physician assess whether one is right for you at all. Either way, you get the care that should have come with it.
